Schertz Sweetheart Court

Established in 1989, the Sweetheart Court Ambassadors promote the City and participate in community service projects. The name ‘Sweetheart’ has become recognizable over the past 25 years not only within Schertz but in dozens of surrounding communities. Members earn scholarship dollars to assist with their higher education costs.

The City held the Coronation event Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Schertz Civic Center.

Become an Ambassador

Members of the Sweetheart Court serve as ambassadors at local community events, parades and festivals. They also participate in various community service projects in and around the Schertz area. Scholarships were introduced in 2007 for each title holder and the Court began to participate in community service programs with organizations such as Boysville, the Schertz Public Library, and senior programs in the area.
